Billie Price

Billie Rae Price was born March 4, 1931 in Erick, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Edwin Hill and Leta Hill. She died Saturday, July 1, 2023, in Lufkin, TX.

Mrs. Price married Raymond E. Price. They were in the U.S. Army for 22 years, where they raised 3 boys.

Billie loved to sew, cook, and work at Hospice in the Pines.

Her favorite time was when she got to spend time and cook for her family.

Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her parents; husband Raymond E. Price; son, Thomas Price; and great grandson, Cameron T. Alexander; along with 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

She is survived by sons, John and wife Sebrina Price of Lufkin, and Ron and wife, Mindy Price of Kilgore, TX; grandsons, Travis and Mindy Price of Angleton, TX, Robert and Rachel Price of Temple, AZ, Steven and Brianna of Lufkin, and Chris Price of Seattle, WA; granddaughter, Shannon Alexander of Houston, TX; great-grandsons, Tristan and Gavin Price of Angleton, TX, and Christian Alexander of Houston, TX; great granddaughters, Kaiman Branch of Houston, TX, and McKenna and Dakota Price of Lufkin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice in the Pines.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the cemetery.
