

Jamie was born September 10, 1969 in Alice, Texas and passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Houston County.
Jamie was currently employed at Weatherford as a lab technician. She enjoyed riding her Harley with her father and husband. She was a world traveler and loved all things green.
Jamie graduated with honors from Stephen F. Austin State University. She taught high school for many years as a science teacher and coach. Jamie spent three years in Iraq working as a lab supervisor in support of our military troops.
Survivors include her husband, Frank William Vulpo of Crockett, stepsons, Jonathan Vulpo of Crockett and Larry Vulpo of Dallas; parents, Douglas and Cheryl King of Crockett; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Joey King of Shenandoah, Texas; uncle, Harold Ivey of Philadelphia, PA; aunt, Sharon King of Kendalia; cousins, Karen Vaughan and husband John and Sheri King; nieces and nephews, Amanda McGuire and husband Drew, Kayla Sopchak, Tristan and Sebastian King and Kadee and Korey Harper; great-nieces and nephews, Ethan, Zoey, Riley and Ryker; her dear friends, Melody and Barbara Carroll; and many other family members and friends.
Jamie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Maurice and Charlene Ivey and Gretna and Bill King; aunt, Betty Wood; and uncles, Billy King and Bill Wood.
She will be greatly missed and always remembered.
