Ruby Ilene Seale

Services for Ruby Ilene Seale, 99, of Pollok, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Cindy Doran officiating. Interment will follow in the Gann Cemetery.

Mrs. Seale was born June 5, 1913 in Cherokee County, Texas, the daughter of the late Mary Lou (Cook) and Gentry L. Easley. She passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

Mrs. Seale attended school in Alto and Married H. M. Seale in 1956. They lived in Virginia and San Antonio as Mr. Seale was in the service. They retired in Houston and lived there until moving to Pollok 30 years ago. She loved gardening, animals, and her dog, Smokey. She was a member of Keltys United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her niece and nephew, Jeannie and David Seale of Central; sister-in-law, Bobbie Seale of Central; nieces, Virginia Smith of Arkansas, Geneva Gentry of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Mary Jean Baggett of Pollok; nephew, Gary Easley of Michigan; and a number of great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Seale was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Milton Seale.

Pallbearers will be David Seale, Jay Long, Jimmy Allison, Martin Doran, Joel Powers, and Dwight Lyons.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
