LYNN – Henry “Hank” J. Wills-Mahoney, 58, of Lynn, passed away on Friday, March 1st at his home in Lynn. Hank was the beloved husband of Daniel Wills-Mahoney with whom he shared 10 years of marriage. He was born in Salem, the son of Anna (McCadden) Wills of Lynn and the late Henry C. Wills.
Hank was the dear brother of Edward Wills of Wakefield; Loretta Perley and her husband, Roy of Lynn, William Wills of Wakefield, Arthur Wills of Lynn, Michael Wills of Beverly and the late Linda Wills. He was also the son-in-law of Alice Mahoney of Lynn, and the late Paul Mahoney, Sr.; the brother-in-law of Paul Mahoney and his wife, Melanie of Salem, Richard Mahoney and his wife, Julie of Georgetown, Thomas Mahoney and his wife, Jeanne of Lynn, Ann Marie Beaupre and her husband, Jim of New Hampshire and Michael Mahoney and his wife, Dawn and the uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Hank graduated from Lynn Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1980. Hank worked for many years as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in Gloucester and for several years as a chef on the North Shore. In his younger years Hank enjoyed playing basketball and helping his grandfather care for his race horses.
Visiting hours will be held at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Monday, March 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m followed by a service at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
