

Janet Lee Bergeron, age 60 years, of Marblehead/Lynn died Friday March 6th, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after a lengthy illness. She was the longtime companion of William Reardon of Lynn. Born in Salem she was the daughter of the late Omer J. and Florence A. (Paul) Bergeron, Jr. She attended Marblehead schools and North Shore Community College, Janet was employed as nurse's aide at the Spaulding Hospital and several other local health care facilities. She enjoyed camping in the White Mountains, at the Terrace Pine Campground in Center Ossipee, NH, and later at Pine Acres Campground in Raymond, NH. In addition to her companion she is survived by two sons Rafael R. Bergeron of Derry, NH, Wesley O. Chandler, III of Lynn, four brothers Jerome, Jacques, Juddson Bergeron all of Marblehead, James Bergeron of Salem, two sisters Jeanne Robertson of Mt. Airy, Maryland, Joanna Louf of Salem, and three grandchildren Maryah Chandler, Wesley O. Chandler, IV, both of Lynn, and Brandon M. Bergeron of Derry, NH. She was also sister of the late Joel and Jonathan Bergeron. Service Details: Janet's Memorial Services will be held at the Old North Church 35 Washington St. Marblehead on Friday at 11:00 AM to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours are on Thursday at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
