

She was born in Gadsden, Alabama and later on moved to Lynn, MA.
She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Essie Williams of Collinsville, Alabama.
Missionary Lillie was the widow of the late Dominic Ciambello who preceded her in death and her son, the late John L. Croft.
She worked for Benson Shoe and later on she was employed by Sylvania Light Company, retiring in 1992.
Missionary Lillie was a faithful member of Mt. Olive Church of God in Christ where she accepted Christ in her life under the leadership of the late Bishop Herman Wheeler, Sr. Later she came under the leadership of the late Bishop Louis C. Young.
At Mt. Olive she served on the Missionary Department, Senior Choir, Sunday School Teacher, C.W.C. President, Christian Women’s Choir, Bible Band Teacher; she also served on the local State, State and National Usher Boards.
She leaves to mourn her sisters and brothers, Frank, Jr., William C. and Erly James of Ohio, Alice, Honey, Georgia and Tish of New York and Beulah of Brooklyn; one grandson, Wallace H. Hill (Lisa) of Gadsden, Alabama; two nieces, Ruby Perkins and Lillie Mae Williams of Boston; and a host of nephews and other family. She also leaves two Goddaughters, Neverrea Ward of Lynn and Rosemarie Burton-Hudson of Georgia as well as her best friend and sister in the Lord, Missionary Margaret Ward and her Church family.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5-7 PM in the Mt. Olive Church of God in Christ, 20 Johnson Street, Lynn. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10 AM in the Mt. Olive Church of God in Christ. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
