Patricia A. Whitney

Born in Lynn to the late Omer and Elizabeth Raymond. She attended St. Jean’s School, graduating with the Class of 1960. Following her education she worked as an administrative assistant at G.E. for 54 years. She enjoyed reading and walking, was a manager for the Jeanettes Drum Corp, and was a communicant of St. Jean’s Church for many years.

Patricia is survived by her nephews, Deacon James Hinkle and his wife Pamela and John Hinkle and his wife Susanna; her niece Judith Sencabaugh and her husband Derek and her best friends Anne and Ray Bartlett. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Patricia is predeceased by her brother Peter A. Raymond.

Patricia’s visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 8:30 to 10:00 AM at Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at St. Pius V Church, 215 Maple Street, Lynn. Burial will be in St. Jean Cemetery, Lynn. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Kaplan Estates, 240 Lynnfield Street, Peabody, MA 01960.
