Born in Lynn to the late Albert and Jennie (Smith) Clements. She was a graduate of Lynn English High School and worked as an interior decorator and in child care. Shirley loved music and dancing, home decorating and cooking, but what she cherished most was her family and spending time with them.
In addition to her husband Roger, Shirley is survived by her children Roger Chadbourne, Charles Chadbourne, Norma Chadbourne, Bruce Chadbourne, Michael Chadbourne and Steven Chadbourne, her 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild, and her siblings Anna Campbell and Timothy Clements.
Shirley’s visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. Her funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
