Stephen A. Daley

Stephen A. Daley, of Ormond Beach, FL and Wells, ME and formerly of Lynn, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the age of 74. Born in Lynn on June 6, 1943, he was the son of the late Thomas F. and Louise (Doyle) Daley and husband of the late Ann (Walsh) Daley. Stephen had a perfect attendance record for over 25 years as the Auto Center Manager with Sears and Roebuck Co. in Saugus. From an early age Steve had a passion for building and restoring classic Street-Rods earning several awards for his roadsters. A member of the Sanford Elks Lodge and Past Exalted Ruler, he enjoyed his charity work with the Maine Children's Cancer Program. He loved cars, rod runs and being in the shop. He lived to eat and entertain, loved Irish music, anything with garlic and being with friends and family.

Stephen is survived by his children Gregg M. Daley and his wife, Sarah of Kensington, NH, Jeffrey S. Daley and his wife, Laurie of North Port, FL, and Jennifer Rosenthal and her husband, William of Wayland and his three beloved granddaughters Alexandra and Ava Daley and Zelda Rosenthal, and his brother, Thomas F. Daley, Jr of Lynn.

Funeral from the CUFFE-McGINN Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church, 215 Maple St. Lynn at 11am. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Lynn. Visiting Hours will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, March 27th from 4 to 8pm.
