Stephen Robinson

Mr. Stephen Robinson, age 64 years, of Cowdrey Ave. Lynn, died unexpectedly Tuesday at his home. He was the husband of Cheryl (Allen) Robinson, with whom he shared 30 years of Marriage. Born in Waltham he was the son of the late Andrew and Florence (Purcell) Robinson. He attended schools in Medford and graduated from Medford Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1964. Mr. Robinson was employed as a Receiving Manager at Rich's Department Store in Salem for 15 years, and was then employed as a Sales Consultant at Thermal Electron in Beverly until he retired in 2008, to provide care for his elderly mother-in-law. He enjoyed fishing, camping in the White Mountains, and classical music. He was very interested in becoming an advocate for and assisting in Elderly Care. In addition to his wife he is survived by one daughter Shawna Daley of Salem, one granddaughter Nora Daley of Salem, and a brother-in-law William D. Allen of Lynn. He was also brother of the late Robert and William Robinson, and Evelyn McLaughlin. Service Details: Steve's funeral will be held at the Parker Funeral Home, 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Monday at 11:00 AM, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
