Barbara Houston, 62, passed away on February 22, 2013 at Rays of Hope Bothell Wa. She was born on May 4, 1950 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Charles & Anne Houston. She graduated from Dixie Hollins High School in Florida and received a double A.A degree in Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Management as well as Food Management from St. Petersburg College. For the past 7 years she was an Administrative Assistant for CHOICE Advisory Services. Barbara was a member of St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church in Lynnwood. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, family history and her dog, Molly.
She is preceded in death by her parents; younger brother, Charles J. Houston III. She is survived by her daughter, Allison Della Boynton of Tennessee; sister, Dolores Houston of Michigan; step mother, Saundra Houston of Florida; granddaughters, Chelsea & Tiffany Freeman of Tennessee; and Nieces, Michelle Abernathy of Ca; Christine Purdy of Wa;, Rebecca Swinden of Canada; 2 great nieces & 3 great nephews.
