

Celeste was born to Steve Havens and Christie Mortiboy in October of 1998. She attended Edmonds Elementary School where she met many friends she still has to this day. She went on to attend Meadowdale Middle School and Meadowdale High School where she met even more friends. Celeste later graduated from the University of Washington with her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She was recently accepted into the University of Washington master’s program.
Celeste had many interests and activities including dancing, cheer, swimming, yoga, gymnastics, kick boxing, soccer, volleyball, martial arts, piano, and even did some modeling. Some of her creative talents included ariel dance, writing and music.
The most important part of Celestes life was her relationship with God and she incorporated her love and faith in God every day. She will be remembered for her profound love for family and friends. If you were blessed to know her sweet soul, you understand there are no words to describe how beautiful a person Celeste was inside and out.
A funeral service for Celeste will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, WA 980364934, followed by a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM and then a reception with light food and beverages. We invite all family and friends to attend. We will also be planning a Celebration of Life for Celeste in the near future.
