It is with great sadness, that I learn of David's passing. He and I dated briefly in the late 70's early 80's; just shortly following his acquiring of the home in Lynnwood.  I remember his strength, his laughter and his great love for, "Bear".  I hope he completed, and spent  many happy hours in, the cabin that he was building in the woods.  Sending strength to his family. Rest Peacefully Sweet Prince. 💔

Dear Friend, Roommate, Adventurer, Skiing Buddy, Hiking Friend and Boat Adventures. We certainly had a good time. Rest In Peace my friend,

David was such a dear cousin. I remember him and the good times we shared when we were all nutty city kids from New Jersey running all over that farm in Susquehanna together. Those summer adventures showed us that a different way of living and playing was possible, and it was David who led the way for us in this. He was a ring leader and showed us a good time every summer we visited.  Those memories of him and the entire Krall family remain precious to us all.

As a member of the Piga family from New Jersey condolences are never easy for a family so Loved as the Krall family.Memory of childhood experiences can be often and surprisingly remembered in great detail.What excitement our family had visiting the WORKING dairy farm.Yes it’s been a long time ago and the  memories will remain.Joseph J Piga will never forget.Love to all

Dave and I spent many happy, peaceful days in the woods, camping, hiking, enjoying nature.  It always seemed where he was most at peace. (Except flying perhaps, but that was later...)  His principles, creativity, work ethic and strong friendship were always underlying his daily actions.  He remained a true friend always and will be greatly missed. May you find your unlimited bliss my dear friend.

David: Heard a lot of good things about you through Yvonne before I finally met you in person at Yvonne’s beautiful and unforgettable oceanside wedding too too many years ago.  It has been an honor knowing you. So sorry to hear your passing, and very sorry for your beloved families, especially Davonna .  Hope you RIP and God Bless your families. To a friend, partner in business, partner in parenthood to a wonderful daughter ,  I don’t know what to say to you even if you are here.  But, I am sure I will think of you from time to time, specially at Davonna’s college graduation, wedding…. I know you will be there

I've never met someone who had more passion for flying and aviation than Dave. He was an inspiration to me and shaped the course of my flying career.  I have fond memories of us flying in the Cascades, helicopter camping, cooking steaks over the campfire at Copper Lake, and all the flying adventures we shared. I'm grateful I had the opportunity to fly with Dave and know him. He will be greatly missed.

Dave was a friend and my flight mentor. He helped me and we spent some nice evenings together talking about life and fliying stuff. He showed me his artworks and I gave him the most esteemed piece of art I had, which he kept in his home. He suffered from a lot of pain and now he is gone. Thanks for everything Dave. Sorry for not calling you that evening. Love.

Dave is my Godfather. He went to chiropractic college with my dad.  When I was 18 years old I moved up to Wallingford in Seattle to stay with him, 1993.  I was a troubled teen and he helped save me from a painful lifestyle. I got my GED. And I reluctantly became one of his first students up in the air. He was stern and loving. He pushed me to believe in myself. I love you Dave. Thank you!
