Frank James Joel, age 37, of Lynnwood, Washington passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020. Frank was born December 10, 1982 in Pohnpei, FSM.

Frank is survived by his wife, Elsihna Alfons; brother Emory Eperian.

A visitation for Frank will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, WA 98036, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
