Manuel Arlantico Garcia was born on May 22, 1947 in San Antonio, Zambales, Philippines to Rosalia Gelingen Arlantico and Enrique del Fiero Garcia. He passed away on June 6, 2014 in Edmonds, Washington, United States. He is survived by his loving wife Editha and son Jomark, his mother Rosalia Quinto and stepfather Eduardo Quinto, sisters Rose Marasigan and Marilyn Cox, brothers Marino Garcia, Eduardo Quinto Jr., Alberto Quinto, Roger Quinto, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed.
