Preceded in death by parents Harold and Laura Christiansen. Survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Shirley. Survived also by children Ron (Ann), Linda Scansen (Todd) and Scott (Laurel), 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and sister Norma Coleman. He served in the United States Army Air Corp and the National Guard. Paul graduated from the University of Washington and began a career in social work. In 1966, Casey Family Programs was founded and he became its first Executive Director. Paul was a valued member of the Trinity Lutheran Church choir, Sno-King Corale and Lord of Life choir in Arizona. A memorial service in his honor will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lynnwood, WA on March 31st at 7pm. Reception to follow.
