Ann Delores George Kirkpatrick, 86, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Josh Gale officiating.
Ann was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Lloyd Woodrow and Elsie Mae Greene George. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Avery, Marvin Kirkpatrick. Ann was of the Baptist faith who lived a simple life, avid animal lover, and she loved going to the mountains and going on cruises. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt.
She is survived by her four children, Charles “Wes” (Donna) Avery, Lloyd “Chuck” (Betty) Avery, Keith (Sunni) Avery, Dina (Bobby) Johnson, ten grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren, sister. Bobbie Bray, brothers, William “Skeeter” (Rachel) George, Mike (Beverly) George, and her four-legged friends, Rambo and Baker, and several nieces and nephews.
