Cain Thomas “Tom” Cranford, 67, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Herschel Sizemore officiating. The family will meet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to donor’s favorite charity.
Mr. Cranford was born in Macon, GA to the late John Cecil and Rhoda Jordan Cranford. He was preceded in death by three brothers and daughter-in-law; Christen Cranford. He was retired after thirty years of service from Timberlake Grocery and after fifteen years with Thomas and Howard. Mr. Cranford was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother and uncle.
He is survived by his wife of forty one years, Ann Cranford of Macon, son, David Cranford of Macon, daughter, Brandi Cranford of Macon, brothers, J.C. (Kathy) Cranford of Macon, Richard (Faye) Cranford of Perry, sister, Brenda Knight of Macon, sister-in-law, Lynn VonSteenburgh of Warner Robins, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ken (Beverly) Harrell of Macon, several nieces and nephews.
