Catherine Gannell Davidson, 82, of Gray died Wednesday. Graveside services will be held Friday at 12 Noon in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Freeman officiating. The family will meet friends from 11:00 a.m., until 11:45 a.m., at the funeral home. They suggest that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201.
Mrs. Davidson was born in Telfair County, GA and was the wife of the late Steve Williams and the late Robert Davidson. She was a member of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Davidson is survived by two grandsons, Stephen Passmore of Macon and Dwayne Carr of Albany; three nieces, Thelma Lane of Gray, Linda Padgett of Centerville and LaVerne Carter of Eatonton; a nephew, Charles Ashley of Eatonton and several great nieces and great nephews.
