Clarke William Carter, age 61, of Waverly Hall, Georgia passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 for the family only.
Clarke was a graduate of the Georgia Academy for the Blind and he worked at the Washington Memorial Library.
Clarke is survived by his mother, Martha E. Carter of Macon; siblings, Steve Carter (Jane) and Craig Carter; nephews, Mathew Carter and Benjamin Carter; great-niece, Felicity Carter.
