David Bruce Yates, 69 of Macon, Georgia passed away Monday, March 31, 2025. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in chapel of Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Dr. Josh Gale will officiate. The family will have at time of visitation on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. Till 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Born in Macon, he was the son of the late David Luther Yates and Verna Jones Yates. He was a former salesman from Raffield Tire Master and retired from Bellsouth Telephone Co.
He is survived by his sons, David Ryan Yates (Ashley Hall) and Christopher Jason Yates (Maggie Harris). Seven Grandchildren and one great grandchild.
