Deborah Garrett Massengale, 72, of Macon, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment to follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Robert Veazey will officiate. The family will have time of visitation on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Born in Macon, she was the daughter of the late John Ronnie Garrett and Carole Joan Cain Garrett. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Steve Garrett.
Mrs. Massengale was retired from GEICO, working as a claims clerk and was a member of the Pine Forest Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ronnie C. Massengale, son, Jason Massengale, granddaughters, Victoria and Gwen Massengale, Siblings, Bess Berg (Bob), Pat Garrett, Monty Garrett(Tonya), Ricky Garrett (Debbie). Several Nieces and Nephews.
Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
