Debbie was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Franklin R. Stuart. She was EMT and a wonderful caregiver to so many people. Debbie was an avid jewelry maker and enjoyed gardening and her dogs.
She is survived by the love of her life, Corbett Tate, mother, Brenda McKeag, sister, Tammy Gillespie, brother, Ricky Stuart, four nieces and several cousins.
