Donald Eugene Hester, 46, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday in the Mausoleum Chapel of Macon Memorial Park. Burial will be private in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Joe McDaniel will officiate. The family will greet friends beginning at 12:00 Noon at the Mausoleum.
Mr. Hester was born in Macon the son of Kenneth and Annie Ranow Hester. He was a former employee of Food Depot and of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Hester is survived by his mother, Annie Ranow Hester of Macon; sister, Lisa Payne of Macon and her children, Joshua, Christopher, and Ethan Payne; sister, Kimberly Jump of Ft. Valley and her children, Crissey Bearden, Ashley McBride, and Erica McBride; sister, Crystal Falkner of Warner Robins and her children, Austin, Madison, and Kayla Falkner; sister, Latasha Sherrill of Warner Robins and her children, Trey and Trina Sherrill; several aunts and uncles.
