Her favorite activities in retirement were gardening, walking at the mall, traveling with church groups, sewing and visiting her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing card games and always wanted to win. She was an avid Alabama football fan and always cheered for the Atlanta Braves.
The family wishes to thank her nurse Mollye and her caregivers Ann, Loretta, Fredricka, Juanita, and Gail for their kindness and perseverance. They also appreciate the Amedisys Hospice team for their care during the last month of her life.
