MACON - James Thomas "Tommy" Chapman, III passed away February 20, 2011. A memorial service will be held 2 PM, Wednesday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Michael Glaze will be officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Tommy was born in Macon to the late James Thomas Chapman, Jr. and Clara Louise Simpson Chapman. He was preceded in death by his brother Jack Chapman.
He will be missed by his brothers and sisters, Pat (Gene) White of St. Petersburg, FL, Barbara (Garry) Whitman of Macon, Lynda Hammock (Kamlesh A. Desai) of Macon, Judy Freeney of Macon and Rick (Traci) Chapman of Macon; nieces and nephews, Billy, Danny, and Terry Hembree, Kevin White, Dawn Poirier, Keith Aultman, Trina Floyd, Jason Chapman, Mandy Howard, Brandon Chapman, Allison Cherry, Todd Whitman; Aunt, Julia Vaughn.
