James Theodore Randall, 84, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Jason Blankenship and Rev. Stephen N. Johnson will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5 until 7 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Randall was born in Macon, the son of the late Louise Green Randall and Burnham Theodore Randall. He was retired from Cox Cable and was a proud United States Army veteran. Mr. Randall was a member of Mabel White Baptist Church and the J. C. Johnson Sunday School Class. He was preceded in death by a son, James Burnham Randall.
Mr. Randall is survived by his wife, Lillie Wright Randall of Macon; daughters, Deborah (John) Lacourse and Cheryl (Keith) Butler of Macon; grandchildren, Jason (Tina) Smith, Seth Butler, Caleb Butler, Zach Butler, and Haley Marie Roberts; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert E. Randall and Sanford Green; several nieces and nephews.
