I had the privlege to work with Jim several years and we exchanged many "WAR" stories.   I will miss his counsel and humor.

I am so sorry for your loss!  It was a long time ago that I knew Jim...when Jody was in first grade.  Gloria, you may not remember me but I was Jody's first grade teacher.  I remember the family fondly.  I met Jody and his family recently when we were out shopping...he hasn't changed a bit!  Again, I am praying for you, Gloria, at this temporary separation from the love of your life.

I had the distinct honor of working with Jim at Robins AFB. I will truly miss Jim and our conversations. May the Lord bless and keep Gloria and the rest of the family during this difficult time.

I was sadden by the news of a good friend passing.  I remember the great times that we spent together at work. Jim and I shared an office in the museum of Aviation while working for RE.  I remember one such moment - one day sitting in our quiet office we suddenly heard heavy rain hitting the metal roof. At that very moment we both looked at each other, smiled, and jumped up out of our seats to go outside and listen to the rain. I will never forget that moment and I will never listen to the rain again without thinking of you. I will miss you Jim... Peace to all those you left behind.

Pop, I just have no words.....I miss you so much already, wish you were here but I know God needs you there....Brittney needs you, glad the two of you are together, she'll show you the ropes. All my love forever Daddy, Love you more, Kelly

He was a man of character with very strong beliefs, and believe me when I say that there was nothing that could change his mind about what he believed. I was deeply saddened to hear about Mr. Sikes passing. I will carry fond memories of him from Pine Forest but also from South Macon. He was my softball coach for many years. Mr. Sikes was a great man. I am sorry for your loss and you are all in my prayers.
