Jennifer Leigh Kinard, 28, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 11, 2017. A Celebration of her life will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Ethel Phelps officiating.
The family will greet friends on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 1160 Forsyth St., Macon GA 31201 or to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville SC 29605
Jennifer was born in Macon, GA to Joey Dean and Julie Moskaly Kinard. She is preceded in death by her grandmothers; Jeanette Doughtery and Lillian Kinard. She played sports for the “Macon Bears” wheelchair team and won many medals in track and field. Jennifer enjoyed Zumba, photography and making hats for cancer patients. She also enjoyed the outdoors fishing and camping with her family. She was a devoted and loving daughter and sister.
She is survived by her parents; Julie and Joey Kinard of Lizella, brother; Justin Kinard of Lizella and her faithful Yorkie companion Jasmine; aunts, uncles and cousins.
