Jerry Shannon Batchelor, 77, of Centerville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snows at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Pastor Jim Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. till service time in the funeral home.
Born in McRae, Georgia, he was the son of the late Russell Shannon Batchelor and Mary Madelyn Poole Batchelor. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Eileen Batchelor and a brother, Tim Batchelor.
Mr. Batchelor was a retired supervisor with Armstrong World Industries with 45 years of service, and he was a member of the Heritage Methodist Church in Macon and attended Friendship Baptist Church in Warner Robins. He was a veteran serving in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Batchelor, Children, Brian Batchelor and Stepchildren: Christopher Pope (Edie) and Nicholas Pope. Sister: Ann Sapp.
