Jesse Alfred Murrell, age 81, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Snow's @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Military Honors with Pastor Paul Dziadul officiating.
Jesse was born in Mell, Kentucky to the late Pleasant Simmeon Murrell and Violet Clark Murrell, and preceded in death by a son Jessie A. Murrell, Jr. He was retired from Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company with 32 years of service. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of the Baptist Faith. Jesse was a devoted father, grandfather,and a great-grandfather.
He is survived by his son , Pleas Murrell (Page); two Grandchildren, Audrie Murrell, and Logan Murrell (Lanisha); and a Great Grand-grandchild, Levi Murrell.
