Karen D. Akers, 63, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Abundant Grace Church, 1861 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins GA 31093.
She was born in Melbourne, Florida. Karen was preceded in death by her husband, William Brian Akers. She was retired as a caregiver from John Wesley Villas and was a member of the Abundant Grace Church.
She is survived by her mother, Delores Pearson and sister, Carolyn Sheldon.
