Macon – Kirk Marshall Hebert, 68, passed away October 30, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Father Justin Ferguson will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday evening with a rosary being said at 7 PM.
Kirk was born in Delcambre, Louisiana to the late Odey and Pearl Hebert. He served his country in the United Sates Air Force in the 1960’s. Kirk was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved to spend time with his family, play golf with his golfing partners, and dine with his friends.
The family would like to extend gratitude for the compassionate care given to Kirk during his extended hospital stay at Coliseum Medical Center by his doctors, nurses and staff and to Hospice Advantage.
Kirk is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sharon Bertrand Hebert; daughter, Angela Mann (William) and his beloved grandson Cameron Mann.
