Macon – Mary Janet Wise, 70, passed away February 18, 2011 at her residence. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 20, 2011 in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Saturday evening at the funeral home. Rob Lowrey and Don Douglas will be officiating.
Mrs. Wise was born in Bibb County to the late Casper Rowland and Mary Lee Cook Rowland. She was the widow of William D. Wise. She was retired from the State of Georgia and attended Mikado Baptist Church, and Miller High School.
Survivors include her children Crystal Lee (Randolph) Long of Macon, Kim Wilson of Macon, Jeff (Katrina) Clay of Macon, Stefanie Hickson-Joyner (Perry) of Macon; grandchildren, Shane Jackson, Cassie Jackson, Lucas Jackson, Lacey Hickson, and Monica Wilson; 14 great grandchildren; companion, Neil Welch of Macon.
