The celebration of her life will be held graveside Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Middle Georgia Memory Garden with Rev. Bob Cary officiating. The family will receive friends at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home Friday from12:30 PM until 1:30 PM.
Mrs. Cantrell was a charter member and the oldest member of Ocmulgee East Baptist Church and attended Parkway Baptist Church. She was a retired beautician. Mrs. Cantrell was preceded in death by her husband, Fay Cantrell.
Mrs. Cantrell is survived by her daughter, Donna Bowden and her husband Jimmy of Macon; two grandchildren: Brock Bowden and his wife Lisa of Warner Robins and G.T. Bowden of Texas; four great grandchildren: Jarrett, Zoe, Emily and Faith Bowden; one sister-in-law, Patricia Clark of Gray; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Flowers will be accepted and those desiring may make memorial contributions to Parkway Baptist Church, 5049 Log Cabin Dr., Macon, GA 31204.
Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of her arrangements.
