Ricky Dennis Bacchus, 36, went to be with our Lord on November 14, 2013. A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Moose Lodge, 2217 Gray Highway, Macon, Georgia 31211. The family may be contacted at his sister, Jeannie Bacchus residence.
Ricky was born in Macon, Georgia, to Wendy Joan Johnson Bacchus and Dennis Jay Bacchus. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He held a special place in the hearts of the people that knew and loved him; Ricky donated his organs so that he could continue to touch people’s lives. He and his father shared a special bond through the many projects they worked on together. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Herbert and Jean Johnson and paternal grandfather: Jay Bacchus.
Ricky is survived by loving family, parents: Dennis and Wendy Bacchus of Lizella, brother: Herbert (Sara) Bacchus of Atlanta; sister and her fiancé: Jeannie Bacchus and Blake Raney of Macon; nephew and niece: Maxwell and Isabel Bacchus; paternal grandmother: Polly Bacchus: numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
