Shirley Ruth NeSmith, 50, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Al Soles officiating. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends from 2:00pm until service time at the funeral home.
Ruth was born in Macon, Georgia to Shirley Mae Ward and the late Doyle W. NeSmith. She attended Macon Trinity Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her daughter, Chelsey Megan McKinney; mother, Shirley Mae Ward; brothers, Joey NeSmith, Billy (Virginia) Brown and Doyle (Kathy) NeSmith; and sisters, Willene (Larry) Davis, Dolly Hogan and Charlene (Ed) Jesensky and Trish Upshaw.
