Sue Chun Swint, 66, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Steve Waller officiating. Burial will be in the Georgia Veterans Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia @ 1:00 p.m. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sue was born in Sinan-Kun, Korea to the late Chae IK Na and Chong Sim Ko. Sue was a member of the First Korean Baptist Church in Warner Robins where she sang in the choir and was involved in the Mission Program. Sue met the love of her life while living in South Korea in 1979 and married Larry Swint in 1980. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her husband of forty-five years, Larry Swint of Lizella, children, Larry (Annie) Swint, Jr., Chunita (Ericha) Swint, David Swint, Joshua (Andrea) Swint, grandchildren, Hannah, Lilian, David, Michael, Leona, Ethan and Jordan, two sisters, Chun YE and Chun HWA.
