Virginia M. McGuire, 67, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Paul Dziadul will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5 until 7 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. McGuire was born in Macon and was the daughter of the late Ray and Emma Chafin Miller. She was a former manager of the Jameson Inn in Warner Robins and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. McGuire was the widow of Darrell McGuire.
Mrs. McGuire is survived by her daughters, Sandy McKay of Macon and Lisa Moore of Lizella; grandchildren, Jessica McKay Crawford (Josh) of Minot, ND, Mitchell McKay and Justin McKay both of Macon; sisters, Edna Miller and Ann Secrest both of Covington; 2 nephews and 1 niece.
