He is preceded in death by his father, Walter C. Massey Sr. He is survived by his mother, Connie Massey; son, Ryan Hunter Massey; sister, Cindy McCarthy (Gary); brothers, Steve Rose, David Rose (Barbara) and Michael Rose (Stephanie); and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
Walt will surely be missed. He had professed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in a letter to his mother. Walt loved the Lord, hunting, fishing, and life. May he now rest in peace in the presence of God.
Services will be held at a later date.
