I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers are with Elizabeth and her family.

We were children. Playing in the pool, in the backyards, and on the sports fields. It was the 1960s. This guy had power, determination, and tenacity. He was irrepressible. 

One year pushed into the next and we found ourselves pursuing what we loved best, but now, with more keenly-trained aspirations. FSU would shape both of our lives.

Way back then, he was someone to be proud to know. Someone you were glad to know. He was inspiring, durable; ready-made. 

Bill, I am positive that you fought the good fight and I love you. You have now joined so many who are here beating deep in my chest. God bless your mom and your sister, whom I have had the honor to know for a lifetime. 

This clan is without question truly remarkable.

And Elizabeth, although you and I have not met, may I say that I see him in you. You are beautiful and strong and just like Bill, so amazingly, irrepressible.

Bill, you came into my life just when I needed the most encouragement from someone who didn't know a thing about me. But, along the way, I, finally realized that no matter how hard things get keep pushing until you can't push anymore and God, will make things better than ever. Now, that you are gone I,really see and endure what you encouraged me on.I, wish that life wasn't so hard to deal with but we all know the lord don't make bad decisions. So, Elizabeth and Family,you all are in my deepest prayers and taughts.

Very sad to learn of Bill's passing.  He was a very special friend in high school.   My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.   Heaven has gained a phenomenal angel.  RIP Bill.

I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of "Bill" as I knew him from high school. We played football together during the losing years @ WHS. My prayers are with the family, enjoy the memories.

I never had the honor of meeting Mr. Law in person. However, I do know his daughter, Elizabeth and want to extend my deepest condolences to her and the entire Law family. I know he will alway be in their hearts and hope all the stories I heard Liz tell about her Dad are kept and shared with her son. I was asked to include condolences from my boyfriend, Carlos Torres. He remembers meeting Mr. Law when he brought his family to El Sombrero. As the Manager, he recalls going to their table and being impressed with how much Mr. Law and his family seemed to enjoy each other's company more than some other families who acted like dining out with family was a chore. My boyfriend assured me I missed out on meeting a great man. I believe him, he had to be to help raise Liz to become the impressive woman she is today and I am blessed to call 'friend'.

Cottrell has been doing business with Bill and ORRCO for around 15 years or more.  Through the ups and the downs, Bill did a stellar job for us and consistently showed a committment to customer service producing tire and wheels for our car haulers.
