

Grace S. Pulitano, a cherished resident for the past three years at the Bertram House in Swampscott, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024. Her children, Gina Pulitano of Marblehead, Massachusetts, and Joseph Pulitano of Portland, Maine were at her side.
Grace was known for her outgoing personality and making friends wherever she was. Born in Cambridge Massachusetts, Grace has lived in Cambridge, Belmont, & Marblehead and for 13 years she and her husband, the late Joseph Pulitano Sr lived on Sanibel Island while running The Schoolhouse Art Gallery. Grace was the beloved sister of the late James Talarico.
Her life was marked by the deep connections with the arts and choirs she and Joseph Sr sang in.
In honoring Grace's life, her family invites those who knew her to remember her with the same warmth and kindness she extended to others. Her legacy is one of love, and she will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
Visiting hours will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Eustis & Cornell of Marblehead, 142 Elm Street, followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 85 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead.
