MARBLEHEAD - Lee C. (Toomajian) Rosevold, 79, of Marblehead, passed away on May 3, 2021 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Eric C Rosenvold and the daughter of the late Leon and Gertrude Toomajian.

I have known Lee for over 75 years and will miss her very much. My parents moved to Wethersfield, CT when I was nine months old. We live in an old colonial duplex home four houses away from the Wethersfield Cove. Lee lived next door and we were inseparable friends playing with each other every day. We would ride bikes, play hopscotch, climb trees, play at the cove, and have all kinds of fun together. One of the worst days of my life was when Lee’s family bought a home in West Hartford and moved away. I was devastated. Lee and I were only able to see each other occasionally since my parents didn’t have a car and we weren’t on a bus line. However, over the years we did manage to stay in touch with each other.
My husband Frank and I cherish the times we had with Lee and Eric and pass on our sympathy and love to him.

I am saddened too hear that Lee had passed. I have so many wonderful memories dating back too her cute, little ranch on Bridge Street in Hamilton, MA. When I ventured out on my own I bought her dining room table for my first apt in NBPT. It literally was the 2nd piece of furniture beside by bed. I also remember a wonderful walk we took in NBPT at Maudsley Estate when I was pregnant with Sarah. I still remember that day and Lee took a picture of me. I can remember too this day what I had on. I will not mention the hair style. With Lee's vision she developed the Export Department, and, took me along for the ride. Now, the numerous names of distributors are listed on the back page of the current NEB catalog. There were so many lunches and laughs. And, along the way on Cabot Street you two met. At first it was private, but, with only 25 employees, it was only a matter of time, we, all knew! HeHe. I am so glad you both found each other, and, the memories of your life together will live on forever! With love, Kate Higgins
