Mark was born on August 27, 1969 to Dennis and Barbara Koplin.
He attended Marengo schools, graduating in 1987 from Marengo Community High School. He had many jobs over the years, made many friends and loved all animals.
He is survived by his parents; his twin brother, Mike (Cindy) Koplin; his brother, Darren (Marie) Koplin; his nieces, Sydney, Ashley, and Allison; his nephew Ryan; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 9am to 11am on Friday, March 12 at the First Baptist Church of Marengo, 320 E. Washington St., Marengo. The service will be at 11am. Due to current conditions, facial coverings will be required.
The Funeral Service will be livestreamed on the Marengo-Union Funeral Home Facebook page at 11am on Friday for those unable to attend.
Interment will be in Marengo City Cemetery.
