Nicholas is preceded in death by his mother, Sabina; father, Vincent; first wife, Rosemarie Ovecka Elia; son, Robert; brothers, Dante, Victor and Tony; and sisters, Rose, Lucy, Mary. He is survived by his son, Richard and wife, Tammy; daughter, Jane and husband, Joe; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen; and his second wife, Virginia.
Nicholas enjoyed going to the casino and in his earlier years, loved to play golf. He was a WWII Army Veteran.
A committal service is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, 2020 12pm at Our Lady Queen of Mercy Cemetery in North Lauderdale, Florida. Father Raul Perez will officiate the service.
