Barbara Jo Calhoun, age 66 passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023.
Babs Calhoun, 66 of Woodstock, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. Funeral services will be held 12:00pm, Thursday December 28, 2023 in the Chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Hollis officiating. Burial will follow in the Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery. Babs was big into her family and always coordinated and made sure the family would get together. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hinton Eugene and Marjorie Patterson Brown and niece Christy Brown. Babs is survived by her son, Samuel (Leslie) Calhoun; grandson, Jack Calhoun; brothers, Ted Brown and Chris Brown; sister, Shelia (Tom) Burnett; nieces & nephews also survive. The family will receive friends 10:00am-12:00pm prior to the service on Thursday.
