Doris was born September 29, 1931 . She was a homemaker by trade and Baptist by faith.
Survivors include son, Michael Staples Marietta, Georgia and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Staples.
A Graveside service will be conducted Sunday, February 9, 2014, 2 p.m. at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 3:00 until 4:00p.m.
