Kyle Lynn was greatly loved and respected by family, friends, former employees, and many others. Born November 17, 1936, he was the first surviving son of a tenant farmer in south Georgia. Although he came from a life of extreme poverty, in later years he always declared that he and his wife Mary Alice had been blessed in countless ways. He pointed to many events as examples of how God’s hand is ever at work, even when we may not realize it.
His faith in God and his great love for his family were at the forefront of all he did. His determination and hard work enabled him to build a family business that employs the third generation of his progeny. His faithfulness, honesty, kindness, integrity, and selflessness consistently pointed to his Savior, and to his dedication to always doing the right thing. He will be missed by many.
Kyle is survived by his wife of over 67 years, Mary Alice Lynn; children Mark Lynn, Jennifer Lynn, and David Lynn (Kimberly); grandchildren Caran Wilson (Louis), Melanie Booth, Wyatt Price (Jocelyn), and Alexandria Price; great-grandchildren Isabella Rice, Nolyn Rice, Everett Wilson, and Kyle Price; brothers Donald Lynn (Mary), Wendell Lynn (Sandy), and Delbert Lynn (Cindy); sisters-in-law Melissa Lynn and Sandra Gay; brother-in-law Tom Moreland; and many nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by sisters Vivian Lewis, Sandra Moreland, and Barbara Seese; brothers Reginald Lynn and Herbert Lynn; and granddaughter Rachel Hein.
