

Monika Marlene Jordan was born in Fort Meade, Maryland on March 8, 1965, to Paul Eugene and Marliese Harrison. She received her early education in Nurnberg, Germany and graduated from Nurnberg High School in 1983. Shortly after, Monika migrated back to the United States and moved to Austin, Texas. In 1985, Monika met Michael Lee Hubbard, and on March 9, 1988, Brittney Michele Harrison was born to this union. In 1989, Monika moved to Marietta, Georgia and met Walter Lewis Jordan. The couple married in 1992, after which they had two sons, Eric Jerome Jordan and Patrick Lashawn Jordan. Sadly, Walter Lewis Jordan passed away in 2014.
In 2008, Monika met her beloved partner Tracy Clyde Thomas, who she was with until her death on Jan. 13, 2024. Monika wore many hats in her professional journey, seamlessly navigating the diverse realms of property management, massage therapy, real estate, and entrepreneurship. Monika managed properties with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. As a skilled massage therapist, she provided clients with relaxation and healing, fostering a sense of well-being. Simultaneously, leveraging her expertise, she also excelled as a real estate agent, connecting individuals with their dream homes. Not stopping there, Monika was the proud owner of two establishments-Wing Junkees Est. in 2014 and most recently Kozy Bean Kaffee.
Monika leaves to mourn her passing: Her mother, Marliese Harrison, children, Brittney Harrison (fiance Loel Laville), Eric Jordan, Patrick Jordan, beloved grandchildren, Kayden Jordan, Ariah Jordan and Kailyn Jordan, her siblings, Jeffrey Harrison, and Andrea Long, and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins. and countless friends.
