Gary Thomas Spence Sr.

Gary Thomas Spence Sr., 67, of Roanoke passed away, Tuesday, March 17, 2020. He was born in Stillwater, FL. May 25, 1952 to William and Mary Spence. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy, George and Paul Spence. He is survived by his son, Gary “Sean” Thomas Spence, Jr.; daughters, Michelle Spence and Crystal Spence; grandchildren, Sierra Spence, Tori Spence, Narrisa Spence, Devin Spence, Kelsey Spence, Angel Spence, Tiffany Spence and Dylan Spence; sister, Wanda Riley. also several great grandchildren. Gary worked as a painter. He loved Virginia Tech sports, the Dallas Cowboys and Nascar. Most of all he enjoyed being a very loving grandfather and great grandfather. All services will be private.
